When will my order ship?

Orders will be fulfilled within 3 business days (excluding holidays). For orders placed after 12pm PST, the first business day is considered the following day. 

How do I check the status of my order? 

You will receive a tracking email as soon as we've fulfilled your order! You will also receive an email when your order is delivered.

Can I modify or add items to an order that has been placed? 

If we have not shipped your original order, please place an additional order so that we can combine both shipments. 

How long do I have to make a return?

For a full refund, to your original payment method, please complete your return within 3 days of receiving your order. After 3 days, all items become final sale. 

How do you package your items?  

With lots of love! Our cardboard boxes and paper packaging are all recyclable - we strive to use as little plastic as possible. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Are gift cards refundable? 

No, once gift cards are purchased, they cannot be returned. 

What if something arrives broken?

Let's make it right! Please email us at customerservice@blytheinteriors.com within 48 hours of receiving your order to inquire about a replacement.
